We're sorry to tell you that due to an administrative error by HSBC Bank, we've been unable to collect member's monthly DD subscriptions from January to March this year.
HSBC inadvertendly closed the account, resulting in payments being returned.
We've subsequently received a full apology from the Bank and we're pleased to say that the account is now back up and running.
Therefore we'd appreciate you checking any returned payments and re-submitting them where possible. Going forward, your DD should be fine.
