EH Steventon received the first Cheshire CCC cap in 1926 and the last to be presented were in 2022 to Sam Perry, Rob Sehmi, Nick Anderson and David Wainwright and then to Harry Dearden in 2023..
So congratulations to Cheshire's Alex Money who was awarded his county cap (no 138) just before play on the second day of Cheshire's championship match with Wales NC at Alderley Edge.
Alex made his debut for the Cheshire 1st XI in 2015 after first appearing for the 2s and continued to do so before consolidaing his place in the side across all formats.
