The later fireworks were spectacular with Evans' blasting 5 huge sixes and 12 fours. Andrew Jackson (34) and Chris Sanders (31) joined in the fun to add 71 off Cheshire's last five overs. A declaration a ball early denied Oxfordshire the opportunity for maximum batting points. George Tait took 4-130.
