We welcome Derbyshire CCC to Nantwich…

A fun-filled day will include a demonstration of ‘All Star Cricket’ by junior members from Nantwich CC.

We'll also have our first 200 Club £200 draw (are you a member yet? More here

Jim Law, Chair, Cheshire CCC: “This is a great opportunity for the cream of recreational cricket in Cheshire to take on some of the best county players in the country and we’re delighted to host the game.

“The National Counties Cricket Association (NCCA) have really worked hard to improve the pathway between recreational and first class cricket and this a further big step forward.

Pete Babbage, Head of Cricket, Cheshire CCC: “It promises to be a fantastic family day out at a first rate venue with some real quality cricket.”

A number of Cheshire players have progressed to first class counties over the last few years and playing against this quality of opposition can only help us.

“I’m proud of the young side we’re developing in Cheshire and we’re all really excited about taking on Derbyshire.”
