By winning their match against Shropshire at Oswestry on Sunday, 18th May 2014, Cheshire are guaranteed a place in the quarter finals.
The final qualifying match at Bramhall next Sunday (25th May) will determine the final table position.

An extra fixture has been arranged between the Development XI and Warwickshire. This will be a double T20 competition and will be held at Cheadle Cricket Club on Tuesday 1st July, with play starting at 11:00am

The next Development XI game is a 2-day match against Durham Academy and will be played at Brandon CC. The match starts on Wednesday 25th June with play starting at 11:00am on each day.

THE PRESIDENT RECEIVES AWARD IN NEW YEAR HONOURS LIST

Congratulations from Cheshire County Cricket Club and all its members and supporters to John Pickup MBE on being appointed MEMBER OF THE MOST EXCELLENT ORDER OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE in the 2014 New Year Honours List.

The award has been made in recognition of his voluntary services to Community Cricket.

VI COBRAS GO TO NANTWICH

Cheshire Cobras Visually Impaired CC will be visiting Nantwich CC on Sun 17 Aug to demonstrate VI Cricket during the lunch interval at Cheshire CCC's vital final Championship Match v Oxfordshire.

With support from the Cheshire Cricket Board and the Cheshire Cricket Trust, Cheshire Cobras Visually Impaired CC have been playing a series of matches against local Club sides through the summer to promote cricket for the visually impaired.
