Unicorns Counties KO Trophy Quarter Final
Sunday 10 June 2018, Chester Boughton Hall CC

After success over Cumberland, Cheshire take on Lincolnshire in the KO Trophy quarter final on Sunday at Chester.

With Rick Moore at the helm, the County Club go in search of one day glory. They last reached the final in 2007, losing to Suffolk at Lords.

And with good progress alongside in their T20 group, Rick's keen to push on in the 50 over format too.

"We've a talented crop of individuals and it would be great to put on a real show at Chester'" he said.

"We've a young talented side who are learning quickly and this will be a real test to see how far they've come. Last week (in the T20 double header against Northumberland) they fought back well and we had a couple of debutants who showed they could step up. We're hoping for more of the same."

The game begins at 11.00am and Chester will be running refreshments throughout the day including a traditional Sunday carvery and a barbecue.
