Unicorns Championship, Western Division:
Cheshire CCC v Berkshire CCC
Sunday-Tuesday, 2-4 August 2015, Alderley Edge CC

With Cheshire now unlikely to win the 2015 Western Division title and with several key players unavailable, Danny Woods has an opportunity to blood a few new players in his side to face Berkshire at Alderley Edge this weekend.

Chester Boughton Hall's T20 involvement excludes a number of players but such is the depth of talent (old and new!) at Woods' disposal that the new look side has an exciting feel..

League leaders Alderley Edge feature three players: openers Calum Rowe and Alan Day and 'keeper, Adam Worrall.

Exciting talent Tyrone Lawrence from Sale is set to make his debut in the top order and there's three day debuts too for Macclesfield quickie Jack Ward who has hugely impressed this season. Ward is likely to take the new ball with Jimmy Warrington.

There's a recall for Didsbury's Nick Anderson whilst experience comes in the shape of ex-skipper, Hyde's James Duffy who comes out of 'retirement'.

Cheshire currently sit seventh in the table, whilst Berkshire are third with a chance still to push Cornwall and Oxfordshire for the title.
