Lincolnshire v Cheshire, Sunday 19 April 2015 (11.00am)

Danny Woods leads his Cheshire side into their Group 3 Unicorns KO Trophy match this Sunday at Grantham CC (11.00am).

It's an early start for Cheshire this year as they start their KO Trophy campaign the day after their first round of domestic league games.

However, the side will be confident after a busy winter and with a new coach in Stewart Macleod.

It's a case of 'straight into it' for Woods who is back in the Cheshire County League this year with 2014 champions, Hyde.

"We're really keen to hit the ground running'" he said. "We had a great run in this tournament last year and this time we want to go all the way".

Woods has an exciting young side lined up for the opening game which includes Toft all rounder and England U19 international, Rob Jones. Ash Davis comes into the attack and Chester Boughton Hall's Mark Rowland returns behind the stumps.

"All had great seasons last year. We've got a nicely balanced line up", Woods continued.
